Our operation extends beyond the cultivation of premium cannabis. We are proud to bring to our local community a range of antibiotic-free, vaccine-free, and steroid-free livestock products*. Our beef, lamb, and pork are raised on natural diets under ethical farming practices, ensuring the highest quality of meat, permeated with the goodness of unadulterated nutrition. Complementing this, our free-range eggs come from chickens that roam freely, basking in the sun and foraging as nature intended, resulting in eggs that are not only delicious and more nutricious but also ethically produced.
*As previously mentioned; animals will be provided the best in animal husbandry, and in the case of life and death, we will always choose the health of our livestock over their death. If any form of vetinary products are to be used, it will be performed under vetinary recommendations and they will be put to different pastures on a separate area on the farm double the withholding period.
PermaCann's dedication to our local community extends beyond our core mission in medicinal cannabis. We are preparing to offer a range of organic bio stimulants, including compost, worm castings, fish ammonia acid, OHN, and various fungicides/germicides. This selection, suitable for B2B and B2C sales under 2MO, is aimed at a diverse audience, from individual gardeners to large agricultural projects. Our focus is on enhancing soil quality with essential nutrients and beneficial microorganisms. By converting organic waste into valuable compost, we're not only minimizing waste but also contributing to the sustainability of the ecosystem that supports us.

Our facility
Our 2000 m² indoor facility, designed for premium cannabis cultivation, includes; a mother room, a propagation room, 12 multi-purpose veg/flower rooms, all within a total canopy area of 553 m².Complemented by a 72 m² processing room, state-of-the art drying rooms, and a 144 m² secure vault and unloading area, the facility ensures streamlined operations. Emphasizing security, we have integrated advanced features like biometric readers, aligning with TGO 93 and ODC regulations. Our commitment to regulatory compliance and cutting-edge technology makes this facility a leading choice for discerning investors in the cannabis industry.
Production
2676 kg premium-quality flower
We intend on operating a perpetual garden, harvesting down and cultivating 288 plants respectively each week. This strategy ensures a steady supply for our patients. We prioritize the enhancement of terpenes, flavonoids, and minor-cannabinoids, which is central to our cultivation strategy. Each genotype is nurtured in her own dedicated cultivation room, grown under VPD with recirculated air ensuring both effiecncy and maximizing their full potential. This individualized approach, combined with our living soil and simple sub-soil reservoir wicking garden beds, allows us to harness the unique chemovar potential in each of our strains. Our focus on minor-cannabinoids through these meticulous practices underscores our commitment to producing the highest quality medicinal cannabis. Our dedication to cultivating less-known cannabinoids provides us the potential to develop novel medications for ailments and conditions effecting cognative function, muscle spasticity and chronic pain management.
Sustainability
Our outlook for our operation is to function in all kinds of climates, including physical and financial. We won't beat around the bush and pretend the medicinal cannabis industry is well-known for its economic effectiveness. With the vulnerability of energy prices and an outlook that's not entirely positive, it only makes sense for us to support our facility with a 1MW solar PowerStation. We have the space, and the addition of this solar system will not only secure our energy independence but also shield us from the unpredictable energy market.
In Queensland, electricity prices have seen significant fluctuations over the past 25 years. For instance, there was a staggering increase of approximately 2606.1% from 1999 to 2022, with prices reaching an all-time high of 400.23 AUD/MWh in 2022. Even by 2023, prices were up by about 150.5% from the 1999 baseline. This trend underscores the growing unpredictability and cost of conventional energy sources.

PermaCann is currently working with prospective vendors in designing a security system that encompasses all areas associated with cannabis cultivation, storage, handling and logistics. This will include advanced measures for both perimeter and internal security, ensuring comprehensive surveillance, access control, and the safeguarding of our resources and personnel.
